We checked that claim against Casino Guru's independent licensing-authority listing, and it matches — the same operator name, the same licence number, marked 'Verified' under Comoros (AOFA). We also noticed a small detail worth flagging honestly: SpinnyCasino's own interface carries a notice reading 'We now operate under the Anjouan Internet Gaming License,' which reads like an acknowledgement of a relatively recent licence change — we could not confirm what licence preceded it, so we are not going to guess. An Anjouan licence, even a genuinely held and verifiable one, still provides materially weaker player protection and dispute resolution than a national regulator such as the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority — it simply means the paperwork checks out, not that the safety record does.
